Careers at Kaleidos
Kaleidos creates content and personal brands for founders and companies in the crypto and finance market. We look at your work before your CV.
Video editor for social media
Edit Reels, Shorts and TikToks for founders and brands in the crypto and finance market, using AI in the process.
Process runningOpened October 2026Reels, Shorts and TikTokEditing with AIYou will edit vertical videos (Reels, Shorts and TikTok) for Kaleidos clients: founders, analysts and brands in the crypto and finance market. Most of the time the footage is a person talking to camera, a podcast clip or an interview. Sometimes there is also a long video for YouTube.
The goal of every video is to hold attention from start to finish. In practice: a strong opening in the first seconds, cuts at the right pace, captions that are easy to read and clean audio. Kaleidos has written editing models, and every video starts from a real reference.
You will use AI tools every day: to transcribe, make the first cut, clean the audio, generate captions and supporting images. You need to know where AI gets things wrong and fix it by hand, for example when it warps a face or swaps a word in a caption.
Because the videos are about money (Bitcoin, interest rates, investing), every number on screen needs a source, and no video recommends an investment. People who already understand crypto and finance have an advantage.
What to sendThe challenge, done, with a link, and two or three videos of yours that are already published. A CV is optional.

Create carousels, posts and Reels covers for founders and brands in the crypto and finance market.
Process runningOpened October 2026Instagram, LinkedIn and XCarousels, posts and coversYou will create the visual pieces for the social accounts of Kaleidos clients: founders, analysts and brands in the crypto and finance market. Day to day: Instagram carousels (4:5, 7 to 12 slides), single-image posts, Reels covers, PDF carousels for LinkedIn and images for X.
The goal is for the pieces to be seen, saved and shared. That means the cover has to catch attention in the feed, each slide has one idea only and the text is easy to read on a phone. You need to follow what is working on social media right now and be able to explain why.
Each client already has a defined typeface and colour, and carousels are built in a tool Kaleidos made in-house. So the work is more about typography, hierarchy and organisation than visual effects. AI tools can be used for images and variations.
Every number in a piece needs a source. We do not use hashtags. Every piece is approved by the client before it is published.
What to sendThe challenge, done, with a link, and two or three pieces of yours that are already published. Published work counts more than a mockup. A CV is optional.

Several clients at once, a weekly cycle that is already written down, and the rule that nothing publishes without an explicit OK.
Always openNo start dateA conversation when there is a fitThe operation: several clients at once, each with its own publishing cadence, in a weekly cycle that is already written down. Monday, review each account's plan and produce the batch. Tuesday to Thursday, production and continuous review. Thursday and Friday, chase approvals before the client's 48-hour window closes and schedule what was approved. Friday, check that next week has approved or pending content for every active account. Everything lives in the house tool: one card per piece, the brief in a field separate from the content, the kanban column as the place where approval happens.
The rule that defines the job: nothing goes out without an explicit OK, from every client, no exceptions. The tool has four locked publish gates and refuses to publish a card sitting in idea, review or rejected. The manager's work is not to get around the gate but to make the approval happen on time: send the batch, follow up, log the answer. Two revision rounds per piece; changing the angle after approval is new scope, not a revision. A late client input restarts that piece's deadline and is chased together with the approvals. Replies to clients within 24 business hours.
The rest of the cycle crosses the same desk: batch review before anything is sent (client voice, zero hashtags, the right pillar, prices and URLs confirmed in the brief, no investment recommendations); a mandatory monthly report on every account; calls transcribed and linked to the card; a mirror task in the task manager with a named owner. Whoever does this well reads the written process before proposing a new one, and prefers the hard conversation early.
Today this role is split between the founder and the people running the accounts. It exists in the house's design, has no start date and no public post, and the house wants to know who does it well. If there is a fit, the conversation happens, and scope, format and pay are worked out there, from both sides.
What to sendOne real case, in ten lines: a content operation or project you ran, how many fronts were running at once, how approval worked, what broke and what you changed. No generic process PDF; the case says more. A link to something public, if there is one.
where it came from: Opened 20 Sep 2026 by internal request, no public post. Always open.
No role for what you do? Write anyway.
Write three lines about yourself and send two or three pieces with links. The e-mail goes straight to the founder.
How it works: you send an e-mail with links to your work, no form, no bot. We read the pieces. If it makes sense, there is a call where scope, format and pay are discussed from both sides. Meet the team.
